The "Institutional Improvement - Stakeholder Evaluation Meeting", which is a mirror of the institutional transformation that took place at our university between 2020-2024, was held in the Rectorate Mimar Kemaleddin Hall.

Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız started his opening speech by thanking all academic and administrative staff who contributed to the studies carried out at our University within the scope of the Institutional Improvement Plan between 2020-2024, and especially the advisory boards who wholeheartedly supported our University as external stakeholders. He mentioned that “together, we have achieved many important successes on behalf of our University in the four years we have been on duty. The successes we have achieved in our institutional accreditation processes have been indicators of our efforts to raise the quality standards of our University. The prestige we have gained as a research university is proof that our scientific studies and research projects are appreciated at national and international levels. In addition, the noticeable rise we have achieved in international rankings is the result of the determined steps we have taken together towards becoming a world-renowned and respected university. Our quality management system certificate is a concrete expression that our University aims for excellence in every field". Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız continued bu adding that "this process was not easy and that the COVID-19 Global Pandemic also affected our University, but we, as the University, made a superior effort to ensure that education and research activities continued uninterruptedly". Prof. Dr. Yıldız stated that "while we were saddened by the students we lost in the February 6 earthquake, the support and aid efforts carried out by our staff and students once again showed how strong the social responsibility awareness of our University is". He emphasized that our university has a brand value in every sense. Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız ended his speech by thanking all stakeholders who contributed to the institutional transformation processes carried out under the leadership of our University Quality Coordinator.

The meeting continued by the presentation of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır's Quality Improvement Plan of our University. He explained the meticulous work carried out by all academic and administrative staff of our University in the improvement activities planned and carried out under four main headings:

- Education & Training,

- Research & Development

- Social Contribution
