Quality Commission - Stakeholder Evaluation Meeting

Our University's Quality Commission - Stakeholder Evaluation Meeting was held in the Rectorate's New Senate Hall under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız. At the meeting, the analysis results of the student satisfaction survey, academic staff satisfaction survey and administrative staff satisfaction survey which are regularly implemented by the Quality Commission at our University every year and whose results are transferred to institutional improvement processes, were evaluated with internal and external stakeholders.

Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız stated that "stakeholder participation is more than just an evaluation tool, it is the key to continuous improvements". He added: "Your ideas and feedback will be our guide to improve the quality of our University and provide more qualified service to all our stakeholders as a stronger institution."

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır mentioned that as Gazi University, we have achieved success in obtaining YÖKAK 5-year full Institutional Accreditation and TS EN ISO Quality Management Certificate in 2023, and continued by saying "we continue our success in the Research Universities league and are constantly increasing our ranking in international rating studies." Explaining that this success is not easy to achieve, it requires long and laborious work and systematic applications that are carried out with determination. Prof. Dr. Bayındır underlined that a very large team has been working tirelessly to create the wind that we have had behind us as an Institution, especially in the last three years. "With the contributions of the entire management team, academic and administrative unit managers, boards and commissions, all our academic and administrative staff and students who participated in our meeting today, we are taking our University a step further every day". Prof. Dr. Bayındır pointed out that one of the most important supporting points at this stage is stakeholder opinions compiled through corporate surveys.

Then, IDEAM Director and Quality Commission Member Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akif Bakır shared the Academic and Administrative Staff and Student Satisfaction Survey Analysis Reports. The meeting ended after the Q&A session.
