History

The International Advisory Board was established with the Senate Decision 2023/215 taken at its meeting numbered 20 on 10.08.2023 and the working procedures and principles of the board were determined by the directive in order to ensure the sustainability of international stakeholder interaction and cooperation in the fields of research and development, entrepreneurship, education, sociocultural and social contribution, and to support the development of the Gazi University's international policies and strategies, determination of priorities and the realization of decisions taken on these issues, with external stakeholders determined to share experience. In this regard, with the decision 2023/304 taken by our University Senate at its meeting dated 04.10.2023 and numbered 24, the members of the Gazi University International Advisory Board, consisting of 13 members, were determined.

The main goal of the International Advisory Board is to act as an advisory body to the Rector in order to increase international stakeholder participation in Gazi University's decision-making and governance processes and to contribute to internationalization processes.
